Iam not getting fitbit steps counted

I can see that your Fitbit account is connected to Go365, do you see your step data listed on your Go365 account?
If you can see your steps on your Fitbit account, please disconnect your Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect it allowing all data to be shared.
How to connect your Fitbit
If you do not see your steps listed on your Fitbit account, be sure that your device is syncing and allow 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer to Go365.
