Steps are NOT matching Go365 app**
I have tried that numerous times and still has not help. I spoke with
someone on yesterday she may have fixed the problem but it doesn't help now
because the challenge that I should have won was over the end of June. I
had over 40,000 steps for the month of june on my ihealth but only 852

Are you using Apple Health or iHealth? Are there any trackers or additional apps connected?
If you are using iHealth, are you using a tracking device with it? Steps tracked with your phone do not transfer to Go365 with iHealth.
If you are using Apple Health, steps tracked with your phone would transfer to Go365.
Your Challenge Points were updated for June and are you able to provide me with the average number of steps that you walk each day?
