I haven't been able to log in for months, continue to get "Hi! Looks like the sign in information you're using is just for MyHumana. We'll take you there now."!

I haven't been able to successfully log in for months. I've tried a password reset many times, and all that happens is it resets MyHumana user's password instead. Go365 seems to know my phone number for two-factor authentication challenges, however, everytime I attempt to login via a browser or the app itself, I am told I am using MyHumana credentials. What gives?
