I am missing weeks worth of points. Why is that happening again? I need my points added.
I am so very sorry for any missing points. Can you verify what points are missing? I was able to check your daily workout points and noticed that they are missing since late May. I checked your connected devices and I cannot pull anything up to date. I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting each device then allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to update.
