Every week, I am missing at least one day of my daily workout points. Today, I am missing the points from 7/4 and 7/5. Why does this continue to happen?? It’s hard enough for me to get my points!!
I am so very sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your daily workout points. I do see that your connected devices are showing accurately for both the Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Any data that is manually inaccurately will not come over. With those days that are missing were those input manually? The reason I ask is that I am not seeing any error when I update your devices data. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions or concerns.
