I have been taking about 8000 steps a day and I haven’t gotten any points or credit for steps.
I am so very sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your Apple Health device. Unfortunately, when I go to update the device data nothing is coming over which means its not properly synced to Go365. I would suggest disconnecting it and reconnecting it to establish a proper connection. Please see this helpful link to properly sync: How to connect Apple Health

I am currently showing it connected in my app but it won’t allow me to
disconnect it and reconnect. Any thoughts?

It should definitely give you an option to disconnect underneath the Apple Health that is connected. Did you follow the link I provided? It gives you a step by step outline on how to connect your device. If you go into your Apple Health> click into steps > scroll all the way to the bottom > click into Data Sources & Access > from there you need to make sure Go365 is turned on to allow all. Once you do that, please allow up to 24-48 hours for data to update and reflect on your account.

It didn't work trying to disconnect so I deleted the app and redownloaded
it and reconnected it. I don’t know if you can check that it is connected
correctly this time or not. Thanks for your help on this!
