Says username or password doesn’t match records. Changed the password, reinstalled the app. Worked day before yesterday and now it doesn’t.
I want to apologize for any issues going on with your Go365 login information. I do not see any issue when I pull up your account for Go365 from the website. I also see that your policy renewed as of July. I would suggest 1st logging into the website on go365.com first then attempt the application. If you are still having issues on the application, I would suggest as well to delete and reinstall the application on your phone. Please feel free to reach out if you troubles still!
