I am so sorry for your missing points. Can you clarify what points are missing? Is it the daily workout points? I have double checked those and we are getting the latest data, but for those dates specifically it shows even on your Apple Health no data for those dates coming over. I would suggest making sure your current device you are using is disconnected and reconnected properly. In this case, you will need to make sure the Apple Health is properly synced. The dates missing can also be missing because data was manually entered. Please attempt to disconnect and reconnect the Apple Health and allow up to 24-48 hours for data to update. If data still is not showing on Apple Health that means unfortunately we cannot update the data if Apple Health has not captured it. Please reach out if you need assistance or clarification.

The Apple Health is connected and properly synced. But on my end I can see the “steps” but it has not been added.
Unfortunately, I am still not able to pull any steps. Can you prove the steps are showing in the Apple Health for those specific days? The reason I ask is because if no data can be pulled that means the steps are not registering in the Apple Health. Thanks.
