I have been logging into my fitness pal and Samsung health to update activity. But no new points since July 7
I can see how that would cause some concern for your Daily Workouts. I would be happy to see what we can do to resolve this for you!
For your Daily Workouts, are you using Shealth to track your steps? If you are using a different device through MyFitness Pal and have it connected to Shealth, the steps will not transfer. They will need to be tracked directly with your phone using Shealth.
