I am so very sorry for the issue going on with your Fitbit data coming over to Go365. I see you are working with another representative on this. It looks like the data is still not coming over. I would highly recommend making sure the device is properly registered on Go365 and also to make sure the device is synced to Go365. Here is a helpful link: How to connect your Fitbit
