I really believe that you are not technologically prepared to handle go 365. In the short time that I am in this activity, I have had this same problem, they are not making the corresponding updates in my story. Apparently I'm not the only one, but I'm still not happy about that. I have called the representatives of Fitbit explaining the problem and they told me that my devices works without any problem. Furthermore, they told me that they have all my information and that they even send me email notifications with all my daily activities. I have called their customer service representatives and they do not give me any solution. The last time I called was on Tuesday the 14th of this month and a customer service representative told me that I was going to solve my problem, with the help of technical support and that in 2 days I was going to send an email to contact me.
