My app is synced to go360 but I'm not getting any points! Haven't gotten points for any of my workouts for a month!
I am so very sorry for any concerns going on with your Go365 points for Daily Workouts. I want to reassure you that steps and points are reflecting accurately from your connected device. If you notice days missing, please disconnect and reconnect your device to allow proper sync. Then, allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to reflect. Again, I want to reassure you data and points are up-to-date as of now.
