I've asked for help several times and no response, I'm not getting points with my inspire hr for weeks now, I did get an email response weeks ago saying my new device was connected but yet not points for weeks, why ?????
I am so very sorry for any issues going on with your data coming over to Go365. I have checked on your device and it shows active. The only information that will come thru will be from the device itself. Anything that is entered manually will not be accepted by Go365. Unfortunately, I do not see data coming over as of recent. I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your device to Go365. Here is a helpful link to do so: How to connect your Fitbit
