Every time i sign in it says we don't recognize the device need to vonfirm identity

my other family members do not have to do this everytime. I uninstalled the app hoping that would fix it but that did not help either. Also, is there a way for the policy holder to see the points being issued for other family members on plan? Ext steps,gym things like that
