My health app on my iPhone is not sending my info to my Go365 app. Please help!!

I have deleted my Go365 app, downloaded it again. Reconnected my health app, all setting are on to share and it says I have no points on my Go365 app since 7-13. On 7-14 is when I got my new Apple Watch and I haven’t gotten anything since. Can you please help me?
