Why do the activities require tracking in multiple apps? Is there a way around this I am missing? If I track my food in Noom why would I have to put it in MyFitnessPal for points?
That is a great question. Some applications or devices will be able to track data others may not. Some devices or applications will track steps only. Some will track calories and steps, etc. The reason you track in the MyFitnessPal is because it is dedicated to the weight challenge points you have been receiving.
