My Fitbit is connected (and has been synced multiple times over the last couple of days), but I have no steps showing since July 2nd?  I am missing activity and therefore points.  How do I get these steps accounted for in my go355 app?

My steps are reflected in my Fitbit and within the Fitbit app.  The Fitbit is connected (and has been synced multiple times over the last couple of days), but I have no steps showing since July 2nd.  I am missing activity and therefore points.
