I've used my Garmin Forerunner for years to connect to Go365. Now it is disconnected and is no longer an option to add it back in. I've even searched for it and it says device not found.
I am so very sorry for any issues going on with attempting to connect your Garmin device to Go365. I want to reassure you that Garmin is still a compatible device to Go365. I would 1st make sure your Garmin is still connected on the Garmin account. Then I would suggest reconnecting it to Go365. I am providing a helpful link to do so: How to connect your Garmin
