Hello and thank you for helping me. Sorry for the delayed response. No, the date my daily workout points ends is not the day I set up my new phone. I set up my new phone on 7-18-20 and I stopped getting points on 7-20-20.

When you logged into the Fitbit app on your phone, you originally used your Google account, did you log out of Fitbit and log in with the Fitbit email and password? If you used Google to sign in it may not be able to make that connection.
If possible, can you please follow the steps below in this order.

I do not have a fitbit email. When I logged in, it didn't give me the option of using a fitbit email either. So, I could only use my gmail to log in. I did all those steps you told me to do, but I can only use a google email.

If your Gmail address is the one associated with your Fitbit account, it will work with your Fitbit email and password if you had used it to set up your Fitbit account.The way that Google does not work is if go to log into your Fitbit account and select the Google option instead of entering an email and password.
You can check this by logging into your Fitbit account on a computer or internet browser. Go to Fitbit.com, and use your gmail email and password combination.
If that does not work or you are unable to find your Fitbit email and password, please contact Fitbit Support for assistance at the link below.
Fitbit has access to your login information and will be able to assist you more in depth. Once they are able to verify the email and password login, you will want to be sure to log out of your Fitbit app and login with that email and password. Once you are logged in, please disconnect it from Go365 and reconnect with that email and password.
