Missing steps for May 30,May 31,June 1, and June 2, 2020. Can someone look into this please
I am so very sorry for any concerns regarding your previous policy points. It looks like you started a new calendar policy plan year with Go365 in the beginning of July. Unfortunately, we cannot award for past plan years since those dates you mentioned are part of our previous plan. It looks like steps and points are accurately depicting with your current Go365 plan for July. Sorry for any inconvenience or concerns you may have had!
These steps are part of the 100day dash and previously requested this be fixed and did not get a response. This is not ok, I am losing about 30k points for this challenge

I am so very sorry for the concern. Unfortunately, the dates you asked to be awarded were part of a previous benefit plan term with Go365 that went from July 2019-June 2020. We cannot award for previous plan terms, only current ones. Per your request, we unfortunately cannot award due to our terms and conditions. I, again, apologize for thins inconvenience.
