Every damn time. I have an unlocked phone. Is that the issue?
I apologize that this is happening! If you sign into your Go365.com account on a computer, you can select the My Profile drop-down at the top of your screen, and click Account & Settings. Scroll down to the Account security section, and change your contact preference to text message (be sure to click save).
Please let know if the issue persists, after completing the process above.
I was told over 6 months ago they were going to fix this issue on Android with their next update. Still hasn't happened and is the big reason I rarely use their app anymore. It's too cumbersome and annoying as my email account isn't my phone email account and so I have to go use a computer to login and check the stupid emails.
