The webinars played just fine. But during a session it will not play and I am not able to finish the session until it plays.
Oh no! I am so very sorry for that issue. It sounds like it could be an internet or browser issue. I would suggest logging out and closing out if it all together. From there, I would login and reopen the session in a new browser window. This will simply fix the momentary issue. Please try this and reach back out if you are still having ongoing issues.
