This is the third time asking for help, I did not receive my step points for April 30, April 31, June 1, and June 2, can someone please get this fixed? Appreciate it
I do apologize for any concerns regarding your previous policy points. It looks like you started a new calendar policy plan year with Go365 in the beginning of July. Unfortunately, we cannot award for past plan years since those dates you mentioned are part of our previous plan. It looks like steps and points are accurately depicting with your current Go365 plan for July. Sorry for any inconvenience or concerns you may have had!
