I see my points being earned every day, but my overall point total has not changed in days.
I am so very sorry for the concerns regarding your Go365 bucks. I want to let you know you are still earning overall points that will help towards next year, but in regards to the Go365 bucks, you have reached the maximum earned for your Go365 calendar plan year. I apologize for this inconvenience.
I am having similar trouble. I had over 10,000 points and now I have a little over 9,000 points. We didn't ship/ redeem any. Where did they go?
