I got a new iPhone 11 and still not communicating to Go365 even though it says they are linked.
I am sorry that your AppleHealth data is not syncing over to your Go365 account.
It appears that your AppleHealth connection needs to be refreshed. You can do so by disconnecting your AppleHealth account from Go365 and then reconnecting. How to connect Apple Health
Once you refresh your connection, then all missing steps/data should sync over.to your go365 account.
