Sometimes when logging in on my Samsung 8 phone, it immediately closes down or gives me 3 choices, one of which is to close the app.
I apologize for any frustrations going on with the application on your phone. I would highly recommend deleting the application, shutting your phone off and on, and then reinstalling the application. This should let you login successfully. Please reach out if you are still having issues. Thank you!
Thanks for your feedback. I uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone, installed the go365 app again, and it allowed me to sign in the first time. The next time I tried to sign in, it did the same thing as before (and didn’t sign me in). When I try again, it displays “Go365 keeps stopping” and gives me 3 options, 1) App info 2) Close app 3) Send feedback.
This worked just fine for the last 12 months or so, but in the last week started to do this; about the same time the Garmin Connect website went down. Not sure if there is a connection (I wouldn’t think so), but I am not sure what to do to get this to work.
Sorry for the ongoing issue. The Garmin outage would be separate issue than the login issue. Did you make sure to remember this device and did you also make sure to confirm your email?
It wasn't auto-filling in my username as before. Good catch! Switched that on and it is now working! Thank you.
