My workout from 8/31 did not sync from my Garmin and I did not receive the points on my Go365 account
I am so very sorry, but 8/31 has not occurred yet. Do you happen to mean 8/1? I want to reassure you data is coming over for the month of August. There was recently an outage with Garmin's application and website that affected data coming over. The data and points will update within 24-48 hours. If you do not see this update please disconnect and reconnect your Garmin device to reestablish connection. Please reach back out if you are still having trouble. Thank you.
