It has been weeks and I still am not getting a new daily quiz. No response from HealthIQ support. Is there another way to earn these points? Still just getting this screen no matter where I log in.
I am so very sorry for any issues going on with your Health IQ app. In the Health IQ application when you login are you logging in with your email and password or with their other options? Also, can you click into that latest quiz or the 3 lines to the right? There should be an option to look through different sections. Another suggestion would be to delete and reinstall the Health IQ app then reconnecting it to Go365. Please reach out if you need further assistance! Thank you.
