On 8/01 I walked 11,043 steps and I only got 1 point. I have already disconnected and reconnected my device.

Usually Fitbit within a 24 hour interval timeframe, but since I have just updated your Fitbit data it can take up to 24-48 hours for the data and points to reflect on your account.
