My steps are not coming over from my garmin watch to go 365 since July 22. what is going on. This stinks, not getting my steps and points awarded.
I am so sorry for any concerns going on regarding your Garmin device connection. I want to make you aware that there was a minor outage with Garmin's website and application about a week ago. Do not worry, steps and data is slowly coming over to us. Please be patient as data will slowly be adding to your account this week.
