I know Garmin had an issue with syncing. I didn’t get any of workouts logged from 7/21 until it was back up. Now, though, my workouts are syncing but none of my steps. My steps haven’t been logged from Garmin since 7/21. Any help with this? Thanks!
I apologize and understand your frustration in regards to the syncing of your Garmin workouts.
We have been advised that Garmin is still transmitting data to Go365 and in the process, ensuring that nothing is missed or lost.
Please be assured that once all data is "pushed" to Go365, your points will be awarded.
When we receive the confirmation from Garmin that all is completed, we will post the final update.
