My apologies in regards to your Go365 login. Are you attempting on the app or website? If you are attempting on the application, I would suggest deleting and reinstalling to make sure it is updated. If you are logging in on the website, I would suggest making sure the username and password are correct or attempt to reset the password. Please let me know if you are still having issues. Thank you.
I use the app, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. When I try to log in on the website, it says I'm using log in info for myHumana, then sends me there.
That is correct. You will need to accept the 2020 terms and conditions on Humana.com before you're able to login to Go365. Please do this on the website before logging into the application. This will complete the registration process if you haven't done this already. Thank you.

Sorry for all this. The reason you are unable to login is because your Go365 benefit ended at the end of July with your previous employer. I am so sorry for this inconvenience, but once the benefit is terminated you will not be able to log back in.
I am still with that employer (Belfonte). We still have coverage with Humana. Is this something my employer needs to fix? I had close to 6000 points that I can't access for prizes
Your employer will need to send updated enrollment information to make sure the Go365 is still a benefit for you. Unfortunately, since your benefit termed at the end of July any rewards have expired and termed as well. This could mean your employer opted out of the benefit for remaining 2020 calendar year or we need updated enrollment information from them. Thanks.
