The info from my Garmin has stopped feeding into Go 365. Any way to fix that?
I do apologize and understand the frustration you are experiencing with regards to the syncing of your activities. We have been advised that Garmin is still transmitting data to Go365 and in the process, ensuring that nothing is missed or lost. Please be assured that once all data is "pushed" to Go365, your points will be awarded. When we receive the confirmation from Garmin that all is completed, we will post the final update.
