I track my food through my fitness pal and hand enter my sleep and weight into the health app for iPhone, even though I actually track it on a third party app.
Hello,That is a great question. You can only do 1 weekly log per week so its counterproductive to do multiple when you get awarded for 1. The one that awards 1st will be whatever log that you started first for the week and complete first gets awarded.
