I have my Fitbit connected to my account, but am not receiving any steps on my dashboard or in my challenges. How can I make sure I am getting credit for steps?
So sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your Fitbit data coming over to Go365. Unfortunately, I do not see any data coming over which means there is no connection between the Fitbit and Go365.
