Missing points since 7/19. This happens every 3 months or so. This app is absolute garbage.
Sorry you feel that way. And also sorry for any issues or delays in regards to your points. I am assuming you are talking about your daily workout points. I do see that steps and points have been updating, but missing specifically for that week. I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the device you are primarily using and allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to show. Please feel free to reach out after you have done this if still no data comes over. Thank you.
I have done as asked and still no data for that missing time frame. Help please.
