My steps have not been updated on Humana 365 since July 23. It shows that my fitbit is linked, so I am not sure why it's not registering my steps.
I am so very sorry for the delay in regards to your Fitbit steps coming over to Go365. I would highly suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your Fitbit to Go365 to reestablish sync between the two.
