In activities it says to submit phot proof after the complete timeframe is done but it won’t allow me to send a photo. What am I doing wrong?

I am not able to submit a photo proof in activities under new fitness habit. I have parked farther away, stretching, frequent walk breaks and I can’t submit a photo to get any points. How do I do this?
