Missing steps/ points

Go365 Fitbit Device has not been syncing since mid June. Thousands of steps/ points have been lost. Emails regarding this issue have NEVER been answered. Very disappointed in that this issue seems to happing across the board for extended periods of time with no marked improvement. Please Respond via direct message/ email.
