Misfit steps not syncing

I realized my Misfit was not syncing, so I disconnected and reconnected my device, but my dashboard is not showing any steps/points before the day I re-did the connection (8/9).  Is there any where to restore the steps/points that are showing in my Misfit? I am doing a team step challenge activity but the first week of steps isn't showing up in Go365.
