My steps are not syncing
I can see how that can be frustrating and cause concern for your Daily Workouts. I would be more than happy to take a closer look for you!
When you get a new phone, they will transfer the apps over to your new device. However, when you originally connected Apple Health, it was specific to the previous phone and currently, it is still trying to pull the data from that device.
All you need to do to begin receiving the data from your new phone, is to uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app. When you reinstall, you will be able to reconnect Apple Health and your data will begin transferring.
Unfortunately, it may not pull the steps from 7/13. Can you please provide me with the average number of steps that you reached on those days? I would be more than happy to take a closer look for you!
