I workout 5/6 days a week. That should count as a fitness habit.
That is a great question. You can keep track of your workouts as steps for the Apple Health data. Unfortunately, those do not count as fitness habits, but daily workouts instead. You can get points each day for your steps. 1,000 steps = 1 daily workout point. A fitness habit would be something such as: setting up a challenge to take the stairs everyday. Once that fitness habit is completed you will submit a photo proof and be rewarded for completing the fitness habit. Please let me know if you need more clarification or have questions!
