Go365 is not accurately tracking my steps and activity from S Health. The steps showing in Go365 have not matched my count on S Health for the last 3 days or so.

Are you using a Samsung wearable as well? If so, when using a Samsung Gear watch along with S-Health, you (as the member) will see all data combined (phone and watch) but Go365 only receives data from one or the other. It is only when both of them track steps at different times in a day that we are having issues aggregating both of those values, which then causes discrepancy in steps from S-Health to our Go365 systems.
Unfortunately, this is a known issue that Samsung is working to correct. Go365 is not directly compatible with Samsung Gear devices, only Samsung Health in general currently. I apologize for any frustration!
Some days it is a few thousand less on Go365, and other days it has been significantly less. What can I do to fix this issue and get it resolved?
(It could be the developers thought about this and they try to normalize the two inputs so its only counting one or the other. One person has tested it and said it is so. My observations indicate that indeed its not 100% doubling up, but only 10-10%. It would be neat if a few people would test this and confirm."
