My Garmin device has not updated on go365 since Jul 26. I was told all problems have been solved and everything should now be updated. However, I have had no updates in 21 days.
I do apologize for any delays in regards to your Garmin device. The overall issue has been resolved so data should be coming over. I would highly recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your Garmin device to Go365 to re-establish a proper sync. From there, please allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to update on your account. Please reach out if you are still having troubles. Thank you.
I have followed all directions I’ve been given. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Garmin devise. I have now waited 60 hrs. My steps still have not updated on go365. My last update was 7/26. Go365 shows that my Garmin is connected. My Garmin is working fine. But my go365 is not working fine.
