I have the same issue as many others. My Apple watch (through the Health App) is not sending the info to Go365 and I have not gotten any points for a month.

I have followed the instructions I read on your site, which was to make sure the apple watch was at the top of the connected data devices list (it is) .  The Humana site shows that Apple Health is a connected app, and the health app shows my watch is connected -yet no data transferring is happening and I have not gotten go365 points since July.
