I redeemed points for a gift card and it says it was delivered to my work email address but I never got it and it wasn’t in my spam folder either. How do i go about getting the gift card?
The email was sent to the confirmed email. Please check all inboxes. Also, you can check your order history and the challenge key is the same as the redemption code provided. Unfortunately, since the order has already been placed, a digital shipment (email) was chosen in which we have to follow that process. Again, I have resent the email to the confirmed email, but you can also check your order history as well.
I am so very sorry for any issues going on with your Go365 mall order. I have resent the confirmation email to the provided email in the order. You can also see all of the codes listed in your Order History on your Go365 account.
For Target, the Challenge Keys will be listed, select the hyperlink to enter and view your Gift Cards.
It still did not get sent to my listed email and I don’t see a “challenge key” to view the online gift card. Is there anyway to set up my account to mail me physical gift cards? I want this gift card and also want to redeem more points but don’t want to go through this everytime.

Unfortunately, we can only send it to the provided email in the order. I have resent it again. To better see your order details please follow the below steps:
if you click the Go365 mall > go to My Orders > click Order Details > ecodes will be also known as the challenge key. You will click the ecode and then enter the ecode where it says enter a challenge key.
It was still not delivered to my email and I don’t have a redemptive or challenge code. I tried using the order number but that was kicked back as invalid
Are you able to login to Go365 and go to your Order History to see the codes there? As mentioned, the email was sent several times to the confirmed and provided email during the order that you provided. Thanks.
Yes, I can. My previous email included a screen shot displaying what I see which does not include a challenge key/ redemption code.
