Fitbit steps not showing in go365

Are your steps showing on your Fitbit account for 8/21-present?
All of my steps are showing on my fitbit account. As of today, the step total from August 20th is incorrect and none of my steps have shown up since the 21st in go365.
August 20th should show 7028August 21st should show 6020August 22nd should show 5185August 23rd should show 4051

Thank you for confirming! Are you also showing step data prior to 8/20 on your Fitbit account?
I am inquiring because I am unable to manually pull over any additional data. Sometimes this occurs when a member accidently creates a new Fitbit account, and does not update the connection with Go365.
It's interesting, that data has disappeared, but all of my steps prior to August 20th are showing in go365. I have not created a new account, just got a different phone, a samsung galaxy note 8 (old phone was iPhone 5). My old data was there when I first started using the note 8, but now it's gone. I'm most concerned about all of my steps from August 20th not showing on go365.

I have updated your Daily Workout Points for 8/20-8/23. Please ensure that your Fitbit is tracking your steps appropriately, and syncing with your Fitbit account. Once displaying on your Fitbit account, you can expect them to transfer to Go365 within 24-48 hours.

I can confirm that your steps have updated. Please allow 24-48 hours (after syncing your device) for the data to flow to Go365.
