I changed my phone number and was able to change it on my Humana account but can't log into GO365 since it still has the old number  who/what number do I call for assistance?

I don't want to add my member information.  Former Huamna associate who has retired but am still covered under Humana benefits.  Received notice of new plan year in my email but can't log in since my number has changed (had to turn in my old Humana number)
