Because of the issues with Garmin, I purchased a Samsung watch and switched to that. Now, I haven't had a sync since Friday. How long does it normally take and what should I do to try to fix it?
I can confirm that your steps are being received, and awarded, appropriately. Be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app, as that is the only way your steps will be pushed over to Go365 from Samsung (will award within 24-48 hours, or less, from login).
