I have had no points load or any updates on my Go365 since July 22nd except for the monthly app usage. I would like to get credit for all of my steps from the last month.
After reviewing your device connection, it appears that it needs to be refreshed. Please disconnect your Garmin account from Go365, and then reconnect. After you complete this process, please reply to this message to let me know. I will then be happy to review your account once again! I apologize for any inconvenience, or possible frustration.
It’s not going to matter. My garmin connect app crashed and I had to redownload it and now all of my data is gone.
Ok I was able to recover all of my activities from Garmin and I have reconnected my device in Go365
